It is grateful that I have a chance to join this training project. Which day is the most unforgettable? It must be the day when I became a customer service ambassador. I was working in Tsim Sha Tsui Station for an afternoon. The station manager showed us the ticketing machines and the backup system. He took us for a walk in the station to let us understand how the station is run daily. Besides, I could help the tourists in need to find their way. I remembered that there was a couple who asked me how to travel by the MTR to Mongkok and I guided them. I have a deep impression of the big smile on their faces -- and I wished them a happy journey. I felt good helping those people and I am grateful for the chance of joining the project.

很高興有機會參加這個由港鐵及中大校外進修學院舉辦的「Train出光輝每一程」計劃。過程哪一天是最令人難忘的？ 那是我當客戶服務大使的一天。我在尖沙咀站當值了一個下午。站長帶領我們參觀站中的票務機和備份系統，讓我們瞭解尖沙咀站每日的運行方式。此外，我負責為遊客作指引。我記得一對夫婦問我如何由尖沙咀站往旺角站，他們由起初一面迷惘，到後來面帶微笑地離開，令我印象甚深，我還祝福他們旅途愉快。感謝這個計劃的舉辦機構，讓我有機會去幫助別人。
