Application procedures

• The completed Application Form together with documents (a)–(f) listed below should be submitted to the Principal of Wong Shiu Chi Secondary School by mail or in person. Applications sent by email or fax will NOT be accepted.
  • Recent colour photograph, 40 mm × 30 mm
  • Copy of Hong Kong Identity Card, birth certificate, or other proof of identification
  • Copies of school examination reports for the most recent two years
  • Copies of certificates for extra-curricular activities, community service and awards (10 pages maximum)
  • Stamped, self-addressed envelope
  • Recommendation letter (if any)
• If submitting in person, please note the school office hours. (see above)
• Eligible applicants will be invited to written tests and an interview in early July 2026. Written tests will cover:
  • Applicants for Secondary 2 and 3: English, Chinese and Mathematics
  • Applicants for Secondary 4 and 5: HKDSE core and elective subjects
• The interview will be conducted in both English and Cantonese.
• Only successful applicants will be notified by mail in late July.
